Step 1 : Kickoff
We begin with our client intake meeting which creates alignment on communication and outlines information needed to develop the recruitment profile and the process and expectations going forward.
Step 2: Outreach & Sourcing
Our outreach process involves multiple strategies to locate the top talent for the position. From advertising the role to contacting potential candidates regarding the position, we are always innovating new ways to attract the right candidates for your role.
Step 3: Evaluation
We handle reviewing and vetting candidates against the recruitment profile and your organization needs to ensure all candidates are qualified and competent for the role. This is achieved by review of their application materials as well as our in-depth and comprehensive panel interviews.
Step 4: Reporting
Once we identify the candidates, we present the summary reports on each candidate to you and your team. We will partner with you to refine the final candidates for interviews through a presentation and discussion.
Step 5: Final Interviews
Interview packets will be created for the clients. The final interviews are typically held in person and will be facilitated by the ACS Team. This process can take many forms and we offer suggestions based on the specific role being recruited for.
Step 6: Selection
We support you during the selection phase by facilitating discussion around which candidate is right for the role based on the original ask and the pros and cons of each candidate. Depending on your preference and policies, ACS will provide support in negotiations and work with you to secure the right talent for your role with your continued guidance.
